Our counsellors are bound by the British Association of Psychotherapists code of conduct. Our counsellors will only break client confidentiality if a client is endangering his or her own life or the life of another person.

Everyone who has access to TalkSafe data is bound by a confidentiality agreement. All data collected on the site is destroyed after two years.

Our mentors may collect and process information provided when you communicate with them for any reason.
