Every aspect of the Talksafe project is conducted according to Terrence Higgins Trusts’s policies. These protect all young people involved in or accessing the service in the following areas:

Comments, compliments, complaints

If you should ever feel dissatisfied with the service we provide at THT Safetalk, please contact one of the Talksafe managers.

If you have a more serious concern about our service or a member of staff, you are welcome to get in touch with the manager of the counselling team, who is based in our head office at 314-320 Gray’s Inn Road, London, WC1X 8DP. The manager’s number is 020 7812 1774.

THT produce a leaflet called ‘Comments, compliments, complaints’. Please contact us if you would like a copy, ask a member of staff.

All concerns reported will be dealt with carefully and sensitively with the emphasis being on the protection of all young people involved, and the person making the complaint.
