  1. Feeling angry

Hey Lucy :) when it comes to other people's anger, and dealing with it, it is important that you think of your own safety and wellbeing!! I know you want to help, but you have to make sure you're not putting yourself in danger, or making yourself carry more emotional ties that you don't need!! If you feel you are in danger, it is important that you seek help from someone else, and talking to a peer mentor, or consellor could help :) If you feel the situation is safe, then it is important that you think of the people involved, and their safety!! You could suggest talking to the person, and going through why they feel the way they feel, and trying to access the root of the problem!! If you feel you can't deal with it on your own, it might be a good idea to get an adult involved, even if it's just for advice, and clearing the emotional ties you might be put under!! Like i said before, if you feel you need more help and guidence, you can always talk to a peer mentor, consellor who will be happy to help with any issues/questions you have :)

  2. Depression and anxiety

Hey James :) we all can get into bad moods, which are terrible at the best of times!! The difference lies in whether the "bad mood" continues for a few days or more, and whther it becomes more intense!! It can also become depression when it causes you to act differently to normal, and possible make you want to harm yourself, and/or possibly others!! It is really important that if you are having a bad mood that ticks any of the boxes above that you speak to us!! We are hear to hlep, no matter how big or small the problem is :D
